Do you accept returns?
We are very sensitive to the fact that our customers are fully satisfied, so if the product had any defect despite our multiple checks, if the order suffered a delivery problem or anything else, contact us, your satisfaction is our priority, we will proceed to replacement or refund according to your preference!

I haven't received my parcel, what should I do?
The first thing to do is to check the tracking directly on the post office website(by clicking here) or on the mondial relay website(by clicking there), depending on the shipping method you have chosen. If the carrier indicates that the parcel has been delivered but you haven't received anything, contact us and we'll make sure you receive your order.

Where can I find my tracking number?
Log in to your account on our website, then go to the "Orders" tab. You'll then be able to see the tracking number.
